Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Table Tennis Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in table tennis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist in coaching players of all skill levels. As a Table Tennis Coach, you will work closely with the head coach to create and implement training programs, provide guidance to players, and contribute to the overall success of our table tennis program.

Responsibilities:

·  Assist the head coach in planning and conducting table tennis training sessions for players of various skill levels.

·  Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to enhance their skills and performance.

·  Help organize and participate in club events, tournaments, and competitions.

·  Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop training programs and strategies.

·  Foster a positive and inclusive training environment for all players.

·  Monitor and assess player progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

·  Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in table tennis coaching.

Qualifications:

·  Previous coaching experience in table tennis is preferred.

·  Strong understanding of table tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·  Passion for promoting a positive and inclusive sports culture.
